The Business was founded and Incorporated in 2016. The current Owner has been delivering First Aid Training since approx. 1990 and has been a Company Director since 1997. It is a First Aid Training Provider. It does not provide other Services, however it has informal Agreements with (e.g.) MH First Aid Providers to forward on enquiries to each other.
It operates from a small rented Office and consists of 1 Director and part time assistant. The Director delivers training, but also has a small team of vetted and trusted Freelancers. The rented premises obligations are not included in the sale. The Business is 100% relocatable and is not dependent on being situated anywhere. The Director has spent considerable time automating processes and most of the admin work can be carried out on a laptop anywhere with a WiFi connection.
There is a single Director, who is also a 100% Shareholder.
The Business has a large base of existing Clients and receives regular enquiries due to its excellent position on the major Search engines without needing to pay for advertising.

Course Certification is either Via a Trade Body (ProTrainings) or internally – of which some are Aligned with the Institute for Outdoor Learning at Levels 2 & 3.
Whilst you have the option of buying the Business by way of purchasing all the outstanding shares, the Owner is also agreeable to you purchasing just the Assets of the Business. This protects your interest against any potential liabilities from the existing Business.
Following is a brief summary of the Business. Fuller Management Accounts can be released once a NDA has been received and a suitable background check made. The background check is simply to reassure me that you have the wherewithal to make a purchase and are not just tyre kicking.
